How we protect your data
This feedback form follows the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya. St. Luke's Orthopaedic and Trauma Hospital is the data controller.
- What we collect: your registration email, the name you type, your category, institution, ratings and comments, and basic device and visit details used to keep the portal secure.
- Why: to confirm you attended, to improve future conferences, and to issue your certificate. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
- Who sees it: only the authorised organising team. We do not sell or share your data. Comments are quoted only if you allow it, and never with your name.
- Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting the secretariat.
- How long: we keep it only as long as needed for the conference records and certificate verification.
